Nick Hines is the COO of XRI Holdings, LLC.

Mr. Hines is responsible for managing all the Company’s activities, including all operations of existing facilities and the design and construction of new gathering systems, saltwater disposal wells, and produced water re-use infrastructure.

Nick was previously SVP Operations of Pilot Water Solution after a successful merger with Oilfield Water Logistics, where he was President and COO. His start in water midstream was at Pioneer Natural Resources, where he spent 11 years.
